Offering personalised service and leading facilities at Peppers Beacon we can cater for up 40 delegates theatre style in our main meeting room located on the seventh floor. This room is positioned close to all our guest amenities as well as a variety of breakout rooms.

If you're seeking an outdoor setting our manicured courtyard and barbeque area is perfect for summer events or as a space for delegates to network and unwind. For something more intimate and relaxed our penthouses can also be utilised.

To make organising your conference or meeting hassle free we offer daily delegate packages including morning and afternoon tea as well as a working lunch which can be served in the your meeting room or in one of our breakout areas. For something different we can organise a unique Kiwi barbeque lunch in our courtyard.
